REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW 
This refund policy outlines B & B Media Solutions' procedures and conditions regarding refunds for our video production, audio production, and related media services. 

2. SERVICE DEPOSITS 
- All project deposits are non-refundable 
- Deposits typically constitute 25-50% of the total project cost 
- Deposits secure your booking and cover initial project planning 

3. PROJECT CANCELLATIONS 

a) Client-Initiated Cancellations: 
- 48+ hours notice: 75% refund of paid balance (excluding deposit) 
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of paid balance (excluding deposit) 
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund 
- Projects cancelled mid-production: Prorated refund based on work completed 

b) Monthly Service Packages: 
- Cultural Center Packages: 30-day written notice required 
- Healthcare Sector Packages: Pro-rated refund for unused services 
- Social Media Management: No refund for current month 
- Live Streaming Packages: 72-hour cancellation notice required 

4. QUALITY GUARANTEE 
If you are unsatisfied with our deliverables: 
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery 
- Provide specific feedback about concerns 
- Allow one round of revisions 
- Additional revisions may incur standard hourly rates 

5. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES 
The following services are non-refundable: 
- Custom music composition 
- Rush delivery fees 
- Third-party licensing fees 
- Equipment rental fees 
- Travel expenses 

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES 
- All payment disputes must be submitted in writing 
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of service 
- Include detailed explanation and supporting documentation 
- Resolution within 10 business days 

7. FORCE MAJEURE 
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to: 
- Natural disasters 
- Severe weather conditions 
- Public health emergencies 
- Other circumstances beyond our control 

8. REFUND PROCESS 
Approved refunds will be: 
- Processed within 5-10 business days 
- Issued in the original payment method 
- Subject to payment processor terms 
- Accompanied by written confirmation 

9. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES 
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests for: 
- Technical failures 
- Equipment malfunctions 
- Staff emergencies 
- Venue restrictions 

10. DISCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS 
- Early payment discounts will be deducted from refund amounts 
- Volume discounts may be recalculated based on actual services rendered 

11. MODIFICATION OF POLICY 
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
